Let’s Make Waves

The scariest place to be is the same place as last year

  • 🗓 Plan It

    Create a visible daily schedule. Set realistic goals to accomplish. Create some challenges that help you grow. Schedule time for people or places that bring you joy.

  • 🛏 Rest It

    A healthy mind is a rested mind. Adequate sleep improves focus, memory, energy, and decision making skills. Adults should aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Sweet dreams!

  • 🍴Eat It

    Mental health is connected to physical health so let your food be your medicine as much as possible. 2 fruit + 3 vegetables/day is the goal. Research shows “healthy” food improves happiness and overall well-being.

  • ☀️ Move It

    Spend time outdoors. Vitamin D can help improve your mood and walking has been shown to improve mental health. Schedule at least 30 minutes of outdoor time per day.
