Erica Hand holds a bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and exercise science as well as a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She obtained a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Florida. She is a dual certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. She uses a holistic treatment approach and works with her clients to achieve overall wellness. She is a firm believer that true wellness comes from healing the mind, body, and soul.
